Porter Instrument Vanguard Manifolds, Zone Valves and Outlet Stations utilize the cross + protection system. The system meets or exceeds the guidelines established by the National Fire Protection Association for Nonflammable Medical Gas Systems, NFPA 99C. Product Application: Manifold Gas System for Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen for Level II facility. Porter Vanguard Wall Alarm Panel Flow Capacity: Any flow range from 0-100 SLPM (nitrogen) with a pressure drop of no greater than 5 PSIG Power Requirements: 110Vac Manifold Features: • Preset operating regulators for easy sw i t c h o ver • CGA gas specified inlets and outlets with O-ring seal back up and integral check valves • High/Low pressure switches preset 20% above and below normal operating pressures • Manifold complies with NFPA-99C • Visual indicator of current supply tank • Automatic changeover to reserve tank with memory of tank usage and empty tank indicator • Failsafe protection (loss of oxygen supply pressure will shut down Nitrous Oxide supply) • Cross + Protection diameter indexed tubing connections •Swivel, copper tubing connections to allow easy connection of piping in the up or down configuration • Pressure relief valves downstream of check valves pre-set at 50% of normal operating pressure • Audible and visual display indicating normal or high/low system pressure condition • Normally open electronic control valve that provides continuous gas flow with loss of electrical power. • Manual over-ride option www.porterinstrument.com dental@parker.com
