X-MA Mammography Film PRIMAX X-MA Film Mammographique PRIMAX X-MA Applications: The high speed and high contrast medical X-ray f lm type PRIMAX X-MA is specially designed for routine mammography examinations Characteristics/Handling/Processing: Single-coated orthochromatic f lm on blue tinted PET-base For easy handling of the f lm in the darkroom the f lm sheets are f tted with a notch. Viewing at the coated f lm side the notch is at the upper right edge. The coated f lm side must be directed towards the intensifying screen during the exposure of the f lm Automatic processing in standard 90 second cycle in any type of standard branded X-ray f lm processing chemicals Intensifying screens/Packing: green emitting mammography screens to be used packing in boxes of 100 sheets NIF in sizes 18x24 and 24x30 cm Storage: unprocessed f lm should be stored at maximum 23°C relative humidity to be kept within 40 to 60 per cent protection necessary against ionizing radiation (max. 90 nGy/h) protection necessary against the inf uence of chemicals Domaines d’utilisation: Le f lm radiographique à haut vitesse et à haute sensibilité du type PRIMAX X-MA a été conçu particulièrement pour répondre aux exigences de l’examen mammographique. Propriété/Maniement /Traitement de f lm: Film octochromatique avec une émulsion photosensible qui est étalée unilatéralement sur un support PET coloré en bleu Haute protection contre fautes de maniement: Pour un maniement facile dans la chambre noire, le f lm est équipé avec une entaille. Regardant sur le côté émulsion photosensible, cette entaille se trouve en haut à droite. Le côté émulsion photosensible doit être orienté vers les écrans renforçateurs durant temps de l’exposition. Possibilité de traitement automatique en cycle standard de 90 secondes avec toute sorte de produits chimiques de marque standard pour f lm radiographique médical. Écrans renforçateurs/Emballage et formats: Ecrans mammographiques renforçateurs à émission verte recommandés. Emballage en boîtes de 100 feuilles de f lm NIF de formats 18x24 et 24x30 cm.
