Operational Procedure:
  • To raise or lower the actuator(s) or column(s), use the UP or DOWN buttons respectively. Release to stop.
  • To save a position, move to the desired height, press "M" followed by a number. The LED will confirm with 'S - Number'.
  • To use a preset, press the corresponding number button.
  • Ensure no obstacles impede movement. Press any button to stop motion.
  • If issues arise or "RST" flashes, follow the Reset Procedure.
Reset Procedure:
  • Press and hold the DOWN button until "RST" appears or for 10 seconds if no LED.
  • Release, then press and hold DOWN again until the actuator(s) lower completely and slightly rise.
  • If errors persist, contact support.
  • Stop if height difference exceeds 1.5 inches or if "HOT" displays, allow cooling for 20 minutes.
Troubleshooting Guide:
  • Remote LED is off: Press any button to activate.
  • Lifting columns do not move: Check connections, ensure no limit switch is reached.
  • Slow travel speed: Check weight capacity.
  • Unusual noise: Check weight capacity.
  • Columns stop abruptly: Check for obstacles, initiate Reset Procedure if needed.
  • Columns not level: Reconnect cables, initiate Reset Procedure.
Error Codes:
  • E01-E04: Overcurrent protection, check weight and obstacles, initiate Reset Procedure.
  • E07-E10: Hall error, check connections and cables, initiate Reset Procedure.
  • H01: Overheat protection, allow system to rest for 16 minutes.
