PROTEC-FIX is a light-curing gel designed for quick denture repairs, offering high stability and easy application via syringe. It is a photopolymerisable acrylic resin that cures between 360 and 480 nm without the need for a vacuum.
Composition:
The gel is composed of acrylate/methacrylate resins, additives, and pigments.
Applications:
- Fabrication of anterior immediate prostheses with a single missing tooth.
- Relining of partial denture saddles.
- Completion of small-sized saddles for partial or implant dentures.
- Repair of cracks or fractures in acrylic dentures or base parts.
- Fixing broken teeth on full or partial dentures.
- Correction of bubbles, pores, and cracks on acrylic denture bases.

- Quick and precise results without kneading silicon.
- Free of MMA.
Processing Instructions:
- Apply PROTEC-FIX Bonder with a brush on each acrylic part or tooth.
- Polymerize for approximately 3 minutes.
- Apply PROTEC-FIX with the syringe, ensuring an even coat of 1-2 mm.
- Polymerize again for approximately 3 minutes.
Finishing and Polishing:
Once set, the material can be finished and polished using standard methods. POLI-R is recommended for polishing and POLI-B for a high shine.

PROTEC-FIX PHOTO-POLYMERISABLE CURING RESIN GEL, FOR REPARING WORKS. DESCRIPTION PROTEC-FIX cures between 360 and 480 nm and can be cured using any light-curing unit working with quoted spectrum. It is cured without vacuum. COMPOSITION: Acrylat-/methacrylate resins, additives and pigments. To apply material after curing, do not remove the inhibition layer on the surface. It guarantees an optimum bonding and avoids any stress to the resin. Upon completion remove the inhibition layers from the surface with rotary instruments or isopropanol.
