They have auto setting of the overheat safety and use less power to achieve good control conditions. These cabinets are for use in operating theatres, clinics, A&E, and other areas where lotions or fluids need to be warmed before use. They are all designed to give a long and trouble free life. For ease of use they are fitted with digital controllers with automatic safety setting for product protection. An independent overheat failsafe device is also fitted. To allow free air movement around the stored bottles or bags and give optimum temperature stability with even warming they all have adjustable wire shelves. Wire baskets are an optional extra and should be used for storing bags of fluid to ensure optimum warming and air flow. The outer cabinets are made from sheet steel finished in easy clean grey powder paint. All chambers are made from medical grade stainless steel to ensure that they are durable and offer excellent protection from corrosion. All models have top mounted digital controller with automatic setting of overheat safety. There is also internal overheat safety failsafe protection. Models FW40-ECO and FW50-ECO can have wall fixing kits. All models can have a glazed door or viewing panel fitted. ECO Range - Blanket Warming Cabinets These quality blanket warming cabinets all have digital microprocessor control and automatic self setting safety protection as standard. Baskets are included. NICE 65 recommends that all patients with a core body temperature below 36°C are actively warmed, especially before surgery.
