DYC001 Sample Diluent Concentrate 1 (5X) (Part # 895562) - 5 vials (21 mL/vial) of a 5-fold concentrated solution containing 5X PBS, 5 mM EDTA, and 2.5% Triton X-100. • Store unopened at 2-8 °C. Stable for up to 30 days after opening when stored at 2-8 °C. Make all solutions fresh or filter sterilize and store for up to 1 week at 2-8 °C. Do not use beyond the expiration date. • Sample Diluent Concentrate 1 (5X) is the base buffer for the following IC Diluents and Lysis Buffers.
