THBR 2.0 System

THBR 2.0 System

Product catalog summary
Overview
The document describes the THBR 2.0 System, an autonomous system designed for monitoring ambient conditions such as temperature, pressure, air humidity, air density, and vibrations. It features remote data access capabilities through a local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity.

System Components
  • THBR Box: A device that collects, stores, and displays ambient condition measurements. It connects to Ethernet and can be accessed via a mobile app or web browser.
  • THBR Mobile Application: An Android app that allows real-time monitoring and configuration of sensors. It supports data archiving and reporting.
  • THB Sensors: Includes THB S (Standard), THB P (Precise), and THB W (Liquid Temperature) sensors, each with specific measurement capabilities and accuracy levels.
  • R Cloud Service: Enables remote access to measurement data from multiple sensors via the internet.

Specifications
  • Temperature Range: +5 – +45 °C with varying readability and accuracy depending on the sensor type.
  • Pressure Range: 850 - 1050 hPa for THB S and THB P sensors.
  • Humidity Range: 0-100% for THB S and THB P sensors.
  • Communication Interface: USB 2.0 for all sensors.

Functionality
The system supports direct connection to RADWAG balances and scales, allowing for ambient condition readouts via balance displays. The THBR Box and mobile app facilitate easy switching and configuration of sensors within a LAN.

Applications
The THBR 2.0 System is suitable for environments requiring precise ambient condition monitoring, such as laboratories and industrial settings. The THB W sensor is specifically used for liquid temperature measurement in pipette calibration according to ISO 8655 standards.

Conclusion
The THBR 2.0 System offers a comprehensive solution for ambient condition monitoring with flexible access and configuration options, ensuring precise and reliable data collection.

IR CLOUD INTERNET R Cloud service offers record and preview of measurement results from few sensors concurrently which can be done from any place in the world with Internet access. THB S, THB P and THB W sensors may be connected directly to the balance via USB port. In such a case readout of ambient conditions is carried out using the balance display. The sensors cooperate with RADWAG balances of 3Y, 4Y, WPY, WLY and HY10 series.
