With its optimum expansion properties, Glastone 3000 die stone enhances fit when used for crown and bridge dies and models. Glastone 3000 die stone has a velvety-smooth, glaze-like finish to master dies. It grinds easily without chipping. Glastone 3000 die stone is excellent for use with nonprecious alloys. Add 100 g powder to 21 cc water in a clean, dry mixing bowl. 2. Soak for 30 seconds. 3. Vigorously spatulate for 60 seconds. Mechanical Mixing 1. Add 100 g powder to 21 cc water in a clean, dry mixing bowl. 2. Soak for 30 seconds. 3. Mix for 30 seconds, 200 to 300 turns of the blade. Storage Gypsum materials are subject to deterioration when exposed to the atmosphere. Store this product at 59-86°F (15-30°C). Keep container tightly closed once seal is broken to protect contents from moisture and high humidity. Safety Danger. Contains crystalline silica. May cause cancer by inhalation.
