VIBROMAT Vibrator VIBRATING I DUPLICATING I POLYMERISING DUBLIRET Duplicating Device POLYMAT Polymerisation Unit Description The VIBROMAT vibrator is designed to vibrate plaster, investment and other materials evenly and homogeneously. Intensity can be controlled with two variable vibration frequencies. This device can be used for a variety of applications such as: model making, duplicating and preparation of casting rings. The rubber tray can easily be removed for cleaning. Description With the DUBLIRET duplicating unit, Agar-Agar Gels, e.g. REITEL Gel, can be melted with precision and continuously kept at the right temperature. The heating and working temperatures can be adjusted individually with the easy to operate electronic control that allows for precise temperature distribution in the gel. The stainless steel bowl has a capacity of 6,5 l of duplicating gel and is driven by a special stainless steel paddle and a powerful motor. Even partly solid particles can be reprocessed. The specially developed outlet ensures precise dosage of the gel material. Description Dental articulators or several flasks in a flask press can be polymerised simultanteously. Pressure, time and curing temperature are adjustible. The heating outside the stainless steel tank is free from wear and grants durability, facilitating cleaning of the corrosion-resistant stainless steel pressure pot. Heating process can also be started with the lid open. Water is drained off via a drain tap, which is supplied with the unit.
