ROTOCLEAN TRAY Brush Cleaning for Impression Trays ROTOCLEAN Brushes Description The INDURET EASY is suitable for casting precious and non-precious alloys under vacuum. All castings produced are precise and have an homogeneous structure. As the castings are subjected to high pressure, they have nor porosity or inclusions. The unit requires only a small space due to its compact design. The correct casting moment is determined by optical control. Operation is semi-automatic and premelting of alloys is possible, but it is often not necessary due to the fact that the INDURET EASY heats up very quickly. Description The ROTOCLEAN TRAY is a cleaner suitable for manually pre-cleaning dental impression trays and instruments. The unit is equipped with an insert for soaking instruments prior to cleaning. Two built-in rotating brushes in the cleaning chemical bath allow impression material like stubborn alginates, hydrocolloids, silicone, polyether, plaster, wax and adhesion promoter to be removed from impression trays and instruments. Optimum cleaning brush speed is provided, and the protective glass offers additional protection against accidental splashing cleaning solution and prevents evaporation.
