Analytics During Purification Process
  • Real-time Concentration and Chromatography: The system measures titer in real-time, monitors loading and elution mass, assesses resin efficiency, and models impurities. It supports both single pass and recirculating processes, achieving precise final targets up to 250 mg/ml. It also provides process control for Single-Pass Tangential Flow Filtration (SPTFF) and real-time Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR) and drug depletion curves for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).
  • Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration (UF/DF): The FlowVPE eliminates the need for sampling, reduces process risk, and saves time and materials.
