Resonance VRA module relies on behavioural conditioning to train toddlers to respond to sounds, it replaces earphones and feedback buttons with sound field speakers and video animation on two LCD screens, both placed 90 degrees to each side of the child. As a reward captivating video animation is shown on the LCD screen if the child turns his head in the direction of the stimulus. Resonance CPA, Conditioned Play Audiometry module, is an evolution of the VRA module dedicate to older children, from pre-school to primary school age. When the child hears a sound, he or she is coached to press a big red button or to raise a hand and the screen in front of him changes from black to a captivating video animation.
