The threaded anchor of the KeyPort trocar sleeve facilitates introduction and provides a reliable anchor in the abdominal wall. An optional fourth port is provided in the seal insert. This can be directly penetrated using an instrument as necessary. Specimens can easily be obtained by means of the snap connector between the trocar sleeve and the silicone seal insert.
