RIMAGE CATALYST® EDS SERIES Professional performance and quality in the right sized package Rimage Catalyst Evidence Disc System (EDS) is the industry's most powerful and reliable solution for publishing, recording and ingesting CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs™ for Data distribution and more importantly evidence gathering. Rimage EDS includes powerful forensic software and a high-resolution camera, which allows extraction of the evidence from the scanned media and capturing of the disc-label. This allows the Rimage EDS to automate the time-consuming manual process of importing optical CD/ DVD/Blu-ray media and visually link the original source disc with extracted data. The SW provides a detailed HTML report and provides the options to extract the content and save it in various formats (IMG, ENCASE, ZIP…). This allows importing into other forensic analyzing tools (e.g ZIUZ, Encase, BlueBear…) which make digital forensics processing fast and easy. In addition, the Rimage EDS has all the features of a normal Rimage system, allowing easy export of evidence to optical media or the creation of multiple copies of evidence for secure delivery of unalterable data to court officials or for long-term archiving.
