Products remain Rini's property until full payment is made.
Customers must notify Rini of third-party intellectual property claims. Rini will handle such claims at its expense, potentially obtaining usage rights, replacing or modifying the product, or refunding the purchase price if infringement is confirmed.
Neither party is liable for non-performance due to force majeure events. If payment is hindered for over four weeks, Rini may cancel the purchase. Force majeure includes war, riots, military service, requisition, export/import restrictions, and other uncontrollable circumstances.
The agreement is governed by Swedish law, with disputes resolved in the District Court of Stockholm. Rini may also pursue claims in the customer's local jurisdiction for payment issues.
Failure to enforce rights does not waive future enforcement. The document fully describes Rini's responsibilities and customer rights, with no additional remedies available.
