Door Strip Sensor Door Strip Sensor is generally sited along the top or side of doorways or openings. They continuously monitor patient transmitters and will alarm with an audible and visual alert when they come within range of a protected doorway/area. An extra door strip sensor may be connected to enlarge the detection field to cover double doors or wide openings. Resident Tag Each resident tag contains a unique ID number. Alarm will be triggered when a resident wearing a tag approaches a restricted area or protected door. Wristband Reset Button The wristband reset button is used to reset the door alarm as an alternative to caregiver reset key. It can also be used as a bypass setting to allow caregiver to take those wearing a wristband transmitter through a restricted doorway without the alarm sounding.
