The Expander connects wired and wireless sensing devices to your existing nurse call system(NCS). MEX-10 is a versatile but economic NCS splitter with disconnect alert. It allows user to connect up to 3 wired accessories into a single call point. It is designed to accommodate the most common NCS in hospital & elderly care facilities, includes floor mat input. CMEX-11 is a cordless version. It allows the use of up to 5 Rondish wireless devices in the patient room. This product also allows a hospital to bypass a standard bed monitor and output exit alarms directly to their NCS. Eliminating local alarms helps to promote a peaceful recovery environment. CMEX-21 provides the same benefits with CMEX-11, while allowing flexibility in connection types. In some cases 6.3mm (1/4") plug connection may not fit the existing NCS socket. Therefore the CMEX-21 comes with a separate cable with plug, allows the flexibility to change the connector types used by nurse call providers.
