ASPIJECT® Sterile is the alternative to single-use injection syringes where reliable (one-hand) aspiration is complicated. Designed specically for surgical procedures, however is indicated wherever specic attention is paid to sterility and cross contamination. • New superior surface treatment ASPIJECT® A simple way to achieve aspiration Aspiration is accomplished by the cartridge being pushed onto a hub at the base of the syringe via pressure from the plunger. The hub causes deformation of the diaphragm, and when the pressure is released from the plunger, the diaphragm’s elastic recoil creates aspiration by a relative negative pressure in the cartridge. • Material and construction guaranteed for 5 years • With the transparent (autoclavable) barrel enclosing the non-sterile dental cartridge the entire injection instrument becomes a “sterile injection system” 1. The non-sterile assistant screws on a dental needle and inserts a dental cartridge while the sterile surgeon/ assistant holds the sterilized cartridge barrel. 2. The sterile surgeon/assistant screws the loaded barrel onto the sterilized nger-grip. 3. The non-sterile assistant removes the needle cap.
