Specifications
The ECS is designed to handle samples with a maximum viscosity of 3000 mPa.s. It uses a piston pump for filling and supports two separate rinse solutions. The system includes lightgate and floatgate detection for rinse and waste levels, respectively. It requires a minimum sample volume of 3-4 ml and typically completes filling, measuring, and cleaning within 3-6 minutes. The system is expandable to pump samples through up to five separate instruments.

Procedures
Operators can easily use the ECS by placing the sample in front of the instrument and pressing start. The system automatically measures the sample, records data, and can print, save, or transfer it to a LIMS system. Post-measurement, the sample is disposed of, and the system is cleaned using programmable rinse and drying times.
