Test Procedure Acceptable specimens include nasal washes and nasal aspirates. 1. Remove the test device from the ­ rotective pouch p and place it on a flat surface. Label the device with patient or control identifications. 2. Mix ­­­­­ sample with extraction buffer and dispense 3-4 drops (approximately 150µL) of the extracted nasal specimen into the round sample well (see illustration).
