The interpupillary line leveler, special designed earpieces with hygienic earpiece caps, and nasion relator position the facebow so that a correct patient simulation of the maxillary teeth can be transferred to the articulator. The blue earpiece caps assure a pleasant and comfortable experience for the patient.

Transfer fork assemblies can be removed from the anatomic facebow and can be attached to the SAM articulator with facebow transfer stand AX or to most other articulators with other transfer stands.
