The SAM 2P has characteristic yellow condylar hou- sings and is a standard in dentistry for over 25 years. From its inception the SAM 2P uses the arcon concept and is an accurate functional simulation of patient mandibular movements. And therefore the ideal instrumentation for teaching, research, and the ever- yday dental practice. The SAM 2P has a simple spring loaded centric locking mechanism. In addition, con- dylar inclination and Bennett guidance angulation are adjustable. A wide variety of options and acces- sories are available, including different condylar curved pathways (removable housing) and Bennett guidance curves (removable inserts) both of which allow the instrument to be fully adjustable.
