Product catalog summary
Introduction
This document outlines a system for feeding viscous fluids, specifically surfactants, using ATS pumps. The challenge addressed is the difficulty in maintaining a constant volume feed of high-viscosity fluids.

Specifications
- Fluid Type: Surfactant
- Reservoir Type: Pressurized
- Heating Requirement: Surfactants should be heated to 50°C to reduce viscosity.

Procedure
1. Pour surfactants into a high-pressure reservoir.
2. Heat the surfactants to lower their viscosity.
3. Apply gas pressure from the top of the reservoir to facilitate constant volume suction with the pump.
4. Ensure the pump head section is kept warm to maintain fluidity.

Recommendations
- Maintain a consistent temperature of 50°C for optimal viscosity reduction.
- Ensure the reservoir is adequately pressurized with gas to achieve desired suction levels.

Conclusion
This system effectively addresses the challenge of feeding high-viscosity surfactants by utilizing a combination of heating and pressurization techniques to maintain a constant volume flow.

System for viscous fluids feeding with ATS pumps Fluids: Surfactant Point: Use pressurized reservoir as fluids reservoir. Pressurized with gas Surfactants have a high viscosity. It is difficult to feed the high viscous fluids at a constant volume by pump itself. Pressurized reservoir Solution: As per the right figure, pour surfactants in a high pressure reservoir. Heat the surfactants to lower the viscosity. By applying gas pressure from the top of the reservoir, it becomes possible to achieve suction at a constant volume with the pump. The pump head section needs to be kept warm to a certain extent. Keep warming.
