For these requirements, Sarstedt offers 12 ml conical-base tubes made from crystal-clear, transparent polystyrene. The molded graduations in 0.5 ml increments enable reliable control of the filling volume, even tor dark or cloudy liquids. Thanks to the conical shape, small quantities of solids with high density are reliably separated and pelleted at the base of the tube during centrifugation. In addition to bulk packaging, Sarstedt also now offers 110x17 mm polystyrene centrifuge tubes in the well-known and convenient StackPack and in a sterile version.
