The rectangular, compartmentalized cell culture dish is designed to accommodate four DIN slides (26 x 76mm). Applications quadriPERM® is especially suited for in-situ preparation of chromosomes by cytogenetic analyses, e.g. replication studies, immunofluorescence tests (FISH), and cytoskeleton staining. The four compartments of identical size enable parallel cell cultivation under identical conditions. While suspension cells can be cultivated directly in the tissue culture dish, adherent cells are cultivated in combination with coated or non coated slides. In quadriPERM® the cells can be fixed, stained and tagged immunohistologically.
