Product catalog summary
Overview: The Veeler Steerable Neurolysis Catheter is a minimally invasive device designed for the precise delivery of pain medication within the lower spinal column, particularly for patients with chronic back pain unresponsive to conservative treatments. It features a lightweight, ergonomic design with a 3mm outer diameter, a soft atraumatic tip, and dual working channels for enhanced functionality.
Specifications: The catheter includes a radiopaque shaft and tip for visibility under imaging, dual infusion ports with rubber buffers, and a 2-way steering mechanism with a locking/unlocking button. It allows direct visualization via an endoscope.
Indications: The catheter is indicated for use in patients with chronic back pain, post-laminectomy syndrome, spinal stenosis, and herniated nucleus pulposus.
Procedures: The document outlines two main procedural kits for catheter insertion: the Catheter Introducer Kit and the Needle/Introducer Kit. Each kit involves specific steps for inserting the catheter into the epidural space through the hiatus above the coccyx, using guide wires, dilators, and sheaths as necessary.
Instructions for Use:
  • Catheter Introducer Kit: Involves inserting an epidural needle, placing a guide wire, and using a dilator and sheath/stylet to position the catheter.
  • Needle/Introducer Kit: Similar steps are followed with variations in the components used, such as different needle sizes.
Both procedures require checking catheter placement with a C-Arm and injecting medication through the catheter.
Components Information: The document provides detailed specifications for each component, including total length, tip length, outer and inner diameters for various models like COV30P-2 and COV30P-5.
Contact Information: Seawon Medical Technology, located in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea, provides contact details for further inquiries.
