Overview: The VET CLER is the smallest automatic coagulometer designed for veterinary use. It features pre-dosed and sealed strips for coagulation and immunoturbidimetric tests, eliminating the need for calibration. Each kit includes a QR code with reagent and calibration data, and strips have barcodes for identification and calibration association.
Sample Area: The device accommodates 12 positions for pediatric cups or primary tubes containing sample plasma.
Reagents Area: There are 7 thermostated positions at 37°C, with one position equipped with a stirrer for non-predispensed strips.
Incubation and Preparation Area: This area includes 6 slots thermostated at +37°C for strips containing reagents and diluents for various tests. It reads reaction wells at 405/546 nm.
Washing Area: Equipped for external and internal needle washing, with a level-sensor-equipped external tank for washing solution and a special deproteinizing solution.
Sampling Arm: Features a non-preheated needle with a capacitive level sensor for dispensing samples and reagents. It includes a 500uL diluter block with a membrane pump for filling and washing.
Pre-dosed Strips: Each strip has 8 cuvettes sealed with an aluminum/PVC film, ensuring reagent or diluent solution integrity. Barcodes on the film allow for test identification.
QCODE and Barcode Modules: These modules read 2D codes and barcodes for test kit calibration and identification of panels, batches, and expiry dates.
Printer and Management Program: The device connects to an external printer via USB and features a 7” touch screen for management.
USB Interface: Allows connection of storage devices, keyboard, mouse, or printer.
Dimensions and Weight: The device measures 54x42x42 cm and weighs 25 kg.
