Instructions • Stand or sit up upright and hold the Lung Fitness by your lips or teeth with the mouthpiece you choose • Switching to diaphragmatic breathing in your practicing. We Suggest training start from level 1. • Select and Increase the inspiratory and expiratory resistance gears when you’re able to do more. Please do your breathing exercises gradually, choose the most appropriate resistance level. • Practice 5-10 minutes each time, repeat 2-3 times a day. You will get the improvement 3weeks later by training constantly. The breathing muscles training fully benefit to various group of people to improve the cardiopulmonary function and exercise performance. It's better to apply the diaphragmatic breathing (belly breathing) if you can. The reason is your diaphragm could be practiced and strengthened during the training. We suggest the training should be carried out with the slow or medium flows with the diaphragmatic breathing. The expiration length should be controlled in 1-2 times longer than the inspiration time does. Trying to stop your breathing is not helpful and please do not breathe too fast or too slow. We recommend you to practice twice daily in the morning and evening.10-20 units breathing, 5-10 minutes in total in each of your training. Please, do it gradually and constantly at least 5 days per week. Your body and performance will tell you how much you've improved after 1-2 month. We kindly remind you that select and increase the inspiratory and expiratory resistance grades when you’re able to do more. Please do your breathing exercises gradually, choose the most appropriate resistance level you are comfort at. Do not use in the acute phase of asthma and COPD.
