STERILE CONTAINER SYSTEMS BIO-BARRIER VALVE MODEL EXTRA LARGE SIZE EXTRA LONG SIZE Sharpline Bio-Barrier model sterilization container systems are designed with mechanical valves both in bottom and lid which run in a way that they do not need any disposable filter use and can be used minimum 5000 cycles. The mechanical valve systems set on the lid or box run with atmospheric pressure occurring in the autoclave during sterilization. When the sterilization process starts, because of the occurring (positive) pressure, the valves open and let the steam penetration into the sterilization container. When the vacuum process starts at the end of the sterilization, because of the occurring (negative) pressure, the steam outlet valve opens and the steam exhausts from the box. When the sterilization process is completed, as there is no pressure (positive or negative) in autoclave, both valves are in closed position. By this way, it gains qualification to keep the products in it as sterilized. The valves are ensured to be closed %100 due to the special silicone gaskets on mechanical valve systems. Moreover, the mechanical valve system these sterilization containers is demountable by the user in order to control it when desired. Sharpline Bio-Barrier model sterilization container systems are manufactured as five different lengths, width and height and can be supplied with safety lids for effective external protection. These safety lids do not interfere with sterilization and they provide protection to the valve mechanism against liquids and dust as a second lid. All models and sizes have specific baskets and accessories which can be viewed in following parts. Modular auto lock mechanism (thermos-lock) promising sterility assurance and indicator window providing visibility of the indicator card result by visual control without opening the lid are also available for this sterilization container model.
