With a maximum capacity of twelve blood bag systems per run, it enables efficient processing of large specimen volumes. The centrifuge reliably delivers excellent and reproducible sedimentation results thanks to its very smooth running. Eluate samples are sludged soil samples. Organic and non-organic impurities are analyzed. In accordance with the new regulation and revised version of the German Federal Soil Protection Ordinance (BBodSchV), eluates are produced in accordance with DIN 19529 with a liquid to solid ratio of 2:1. Die gekühlte Standzentrifuge Sigma 8KBS ist ein Medizinprodukt im Sinne der Verordnung (EU) 2017/745, Klasse IIa zur Separation von Blutkomponenten für die Transfusionsmedizin und gezielt für den Einsatz in Blutbanken und Transfusionseinrichtungen entwickelt worden. Mit einer maximalen Kapazität von 12 Blutbeutelsystemen pro Lauf können auch große Probenaufkommen effizient verarbeitet werden. Dank der hohen Laufruhe liefert das Gerät zuverlässig exzellente, reproduzierbare Sedimentationsergebnisse. Bei Eluate-Proben handelt es sich um aufgeschlämmte Bodenproben. Analysiert werden organische und anorganische Verunreinigungen. Nach der neuen Verordnung und Neufassung der BundesBodenschutzverordnung (BBodSchV) werden Eluate nach der DIN 19529 mit einem Flüssigkeits-Feststoffverhältnis von 2:1 hergestellt.
