Along with adaptors for all swing-out rotors, Sigma offers special angle rotors for high gravity fields without losses from base adaptors. When reaction vials 1.5 to 2 ml are equipped with filter inserts, they must remain unsealed during centrifugation. For this purpose, Sigma offers rotors that allow the vial caps to be supported during centrifugation. Perpendicular lid opening makes rotor mounting extremely simple and convenient. Für diesen Zweck sind von Sigma Rotoren erhältlich, bei denen sich die Gefäßkappe bei der Zentrifugation anlehnen kann. Durch die senkrecht nach oben zeigende Kappe ist die Bestückung des Rotors denkbar einfach und komfortabel.
