Product catalog summary
Overview: sCelLiVETM Tissue Preservation and Dissociation Solutions are designed to preserve and dissociate various tissue types into living single cell suspensions. These solutions are part of Singleron single cell kits and are compatible with SCOPE-chipsTM for single cell partitioning and labeling.
Tissue Preservation: The sCelLiVE Tissue Preservation Buffer simulates physiological conditions to maintain high cell viability for up to 72 hours without affecting gene expression patterns. It does not contain fixatives or stabilization chemicals, preventing RNA degeneration.
Key Features:
  • High cell viability for up to 72 hours post-collection.
  • Suitable for longitudinal and multi-center studies.
  • Effective dissociation of challenging tissue types.
  • Prevention of cell type loss during processing.
Application and Benefits: The solutions provide a straightforward procedure for sample collection and transportation, making single cell sequencing projects more reliable and convenient. They are particularly beneficial in clinical environments where samples are collected at various locations and processed centrally.
Dissociation Master Mix: This enzymatic solution effectively dissociates various tissue types, including difficult ones like brain and bone, without affecting cell viability. It has been tested on a wide range of human and murine samples.
Product Kits: The document lists several kits that include these solutions, such as the GEXSCOPE® and DynaSCOPE™ kits, which are used for various single cell RNA library constructions and analyses.
Conclusion: sCelLiVE reagents facilitate decentralized sample collection and centralized analysis, preventing rare cell type loss and transcriptome changes, crucial for low sample amounts like needle biopsies.

Product Profile From single cell multi-omics to precision medicine sCelLiVETM Tissue Preservation and sCelLiVE Tissue Dissociation Solutions sCelLiVETM Tissue Preservation and Dissociation Solutions preserve and dissociate various tissue types, such as surgically resected tissues and biopsies into living single cell suspensions. The separated cells can be further applied to all SCOPE-chipsTM for single cell partitioning and labeling. Both sCelLiVE reagents are provided as components of Singleron single cell kits (see Table 1). sCelLiVE Solutions offer: 1. High cell viability after tissue collection for up to 72 hours 2. Feasible for longitudinal and multi-center single cell studies 3. Effective dissociation of difficult tissue types to viable single cells 4. Prevention of cell type loss during the process - “every cell matters” sCelLiVE Solutions for tissue stabilization and processing with their easy, fast and straightforward instructions provide an uncomplicated procedure for sample collection and transportation. Applying this simple workflow (Figure 1), samples can be easily shipped and stored, making single cell sequencing projects reliable and convenient to plan. Figure 1. Application of sCelLiVE Tissue Preservation and Dissociation Solutions. End product is a single cell suspension with high cell viability. sCelLiVE Tissue Preservation Buffer efficiently simulates the physiological environment and ensures high cell viability over a 72 hour time period (Figure 2, Left). Using this reagent, the resulting gene expression pattern is not affected. However, no fixative or stabilization chemicals are added in the buffer for the prevention of RNA degeneration (Figure 2, Right). Figure 2. Left: Viability of cells using Tissue Preservation Solution with brain tissues collected freshly or stored at 4ºC for 24 and 72 hours. Approximately 90% of the cells from the tissue stored in the Preservation Solution were still alive after 72 hours storage. Right: the panel shows t-SNE plots of single cell sequencing results from fresh tissue or the same tissue stored for 24 hours or 72 hours in sCelLiVE. The same cellular compositions were identified in all three sample
