Product Profile From single cell multi-omics to precision medicine sCelLiVETM Tissue Preservation and sCelLiVE Tissue Dissociation Solutions sCelLiVETM Tissue Preservation and Dissociation Solutions preserve and dissociate various tissue types, such as surgically resected tissues and biopsies into living single cell suspensions. The separated cells can be further applied to all SCOPE-chipsTM for single cell partitioning and labeling. Both sCelLiVE reagents are provided as components of Singleron single cell kits (see Table 1). sCelLiVE Solutions offer: 1. High cell viability after tissue collection for up to 72 hours 2. Feasible for longitudinal and multi-center single cell studies 3. Effective dissociation of difficult tissue types to viable single cells 4. Prevention of cell type loss during the process - “every cell matters” sCelLiVE Solutions for tissue stabilization and processing with their easy, fast and straightforward instructions provide an uncomplicated procedure for sample collection and transportation. Applying this simple workflow (Figure 1), samples can be easily shipped and stored, making single cell sequencing projects reliable and convenient to plan. Figure 1. End product is a single cell suspension with high cell viability. sCelLiVE Tissue Preservation Buffer efficiently simulates the physiological environment and ensures high cell viability over a 72 hour time period (Figure 2, Left). Using this reagent, the resulting gene expression pattern is not affected. However, no fixative or stabilization chemicals are added in the buffer for the prevention of RNA degeneration (Figure 2, Right). Figure 2.
