L'iniezione della ceramica avviene per mezzo di un pistone azionato ad aria compressa. La pressione di iniezione e regolabile tramite un regolatore di pressione manuale, dotato di manometro per la visualizzazione. Il forno va quindi collegato all'impianto dell'aria compressa del laboratorio. Nel ciclo di cottura si possono impostare tutte le variabili inerenti alla Presso-iniezione, in questo modo il forno e adatto alla cottura di tutti i tipi di ceramica. Il forno SR 862 Luxor Press puo cuocere inoltre tutti i tipi di ceramica "normale" e quindi puo essere usato, "come forno combinato", a tempo pieno nel laboratorio odontotecnico. II controllo elettronico gestisce 80 programmi per la cottura della ceramica "normale" e 20 programmi per la "Presso-iniezione". Per quel che riguarda la cottura della ceramica "normale" (metallo-ceramica), il forno SR 862 ha le stesse funzioni del modello SR 852 (vedi pag. 11). ACCESSORI SR 805 Pompa per vuoto a secco (vedi pag. 10) SR 811 Kit standard per pressature fino a 5 elementi SR 812 Kit multipress (optional) per pressature oltre i 5 elementi SR 862 “LUXOR PRESS" PRESSO-CERAMIC FURNACE It is a furnace suitable for ceramics obtained through "Press-injection" after having heated the solid ceramic up to its plastic status. The ceramic injection process is done through a mechanism operated by compressed air. The injection pressure can be regulated with a manual pressure regulator, supplied with a manometer for the visualisation. The furnace must be therefore connected to the air compressed system of the laboratory or a compressor. In the firing cycle all variables related to Press-injection can be set, the furnace is therefore suitable to fire all types of ceramic. Furthermore, the SR 862 Luxor Press is also suitable to fire all types of normal ceramic, which means a full time utilization of the furnace in dental laboratories. The electronic control manages 80 programmes for the firing of "normal" ceramics and 20 programmes for "Press-injection". As for the firing of "normal" ceramic (metal-ceramic), the SR 862 furnace has the same functions as the SR 852 (see pg.11).
