Overview of Autoclave Functionality
The autoclave operates by maintaining a high-pressure environment within a robustly designed chamber and lid. This setup allows the generation of steam at temperatures exceeding 110℃, crucial for sterilization purposes. The primary goal is to create a sterile environment by ensuring that no microorganisms can survive the steam temperatures above 121℃.

SJ-AD Series Features
The SJ-AD series is designed with user needs in mind, offering five memory slots for routine management and a lever-type door lock for easy and safe operation. Key safety devices include over-temperature and over-pressure prevention, a manual steam valve, and a door interlock system.

Automatic Process
The autoclave follows a fully automatic process: Water Supply, Heating, Exhaust Residual Air, Sterilization, Steam Vent, and Completion. The chamber and heater are designed for low maintenance and long-term use, featuring a stainless steel construction.

Specifications
The SJ-AD series includes models SJ-AD60, SJ-AD80, and SJ-AD100, with capacities of 62ℓ, 81ℓ, and 106ℓ respectively. They feature a fully automatic round vertical chamber, with a temperature range from ambient to 135℃, and a pressure range of 0~3kg/㎠. The autoclaves are equipped with an LCD & LED microprocessor programmable control and various safety devices.

Materials and Construction
The internal components are made of Stainless Steel 304, while the exterior is constructed from SS41 steel plate with powder coating. The door system is a one-touch lever type, and the units are equipped with retractable leveling casters for mobility.

Power and Safety
The autoclaves operate on AC 220V, 50-60Hz single-phase power. Safety features include a water level sensor, safety door interlock, over-pressure prevention, and a buzzer alarm, among others.
