The SJ-RT series includes models SJ-RT45, SJ-RT60, SJ-RT80, and SJ-RT100, all fully automatic with round vertical chambers. Capacities range from 45ℓ to 103ℓ, with dimensions and heater capacities varying by model. The temperature range is set at 121℃, controlled by a microprocessor with FND & LED display. The system features precise temperature control with P.I.D and auto-tuning functions, ensuring efficient operation. Safety features include a safety pressure valve, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, and a buzzer alarm.
The autoclave's interior is made of Stainless Steel 304, while the exterior is constructed from SS41 steel plate with powder coating. The door system is a single screw, one-handle type, and the basket is manufactured from Stainless Steel 304 for sterilizing purposes. The device operates on AC 220V, 50-60Hz single-phase power.
