Ehrlichiosis is a tick-borne infectious disease of canine, caused by the bacterium Ehrlichia canis {E cains). This disease can cause high fevers, rash, lethargy and bleeding. Some strains of Ehrlichia have the potential to cause serious disease in people. RIDX™ E. canis Ab Test Kit is a diagnostic reagent that can quickly and easily detect E. canis antibody in canine serum, plasma or whole blood within 10 minutes after dropping the sample.
