Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) decreases the function of the immune system of cats. FIV-infected cats are susceptible to other types of infections that can affect other parts of the body, including the mouth, gastrointestinal tract, urethra, and skin. They also increased the risk of developing blood cancer. RIDX™ FIV Ab Test Kit is a diagnostic reagent that can quickly and easily detect FIV antibody in feline serum, plasma or whole blood 10 minutes after dropping the sample.
