The floor scale is classified as Approvable Class III and features a weighing platform made of stainless steel 1.4301 with eccentric grinding. It includes a bolted platform, stainless steel load cells with protection class IP 68, and a stainless steel plenum box. The terminal box has a protection class of IP 65, which can be increased to IP 68 with a potted terminal box. The scale is designed for high overload protection and maintenance-free construction, suitable for both flush floor and free-standing installations. The measuring cable length is 6 meters, with other lengths available upon request. It can be combined with all approvable Soehnle Professional terminals and includes a terminal 3025 with an alphanumeric keyboard and optional wall bracket.
Several variations of the floor scale are available, each with different maximum loads and divisions:
- 7787.01.001: 50/100 g division, 150/300 kg max load
- 7787.02.001: 100/200 g division, 300/600 kg max load
- 7787.12.001: 100/200 g division, 300/600 kg max load
- 7787.13.001: 200/500 g division, 600/1500 kg max load
- 7787.14.001: 500/1000 g division, 1500/3000 kg max load
Various installation kits and accessories are available for different platform sizes and installation types. These include:
- Installation kits for on-floor and floor-even installations, made of stainless steel 1.4301, for various platform sizes.
- Drive-on ramps, smooth, made of stainless steel 1.4301, available for different platform sizes and configurations.
- Floor stands, both painted and stainless steel, for bolting or setting without bolting.
