Our Product TYTAN This catalogue describes a Solaris TYTAN. For supervisory control and data acquisition Leonardo software is included. Tangential flow filtration system TYTAN represents a custom process design with unfiltered feed flowing tangentially to a membrane surface. Targeted dissolved or particulate components in the feed flow, smaller than membrane pore size, pass through the membrane forming the permeate flow, while larger suspended particulates remain in the retentate flow.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS The Tytan configuration allows to utilize various types of membrane modules: spiral wound hollow fiber cassettes tubular Instrumentation control, transducers of pressure for the maintenance of the PTM pressure. Buffer tank with level control and automatic product inlet system control with the relevant pump.

Leonardo Software The innovative SCADA software Leonardo has a smart and userfriendly controller designed to provide a high level of automated management of the fermentation/cultivation processes. Full version included with the equipment. Up to 24 units managed in parallel with a unique HMI (24”). Data extraction in .csv format. Remote control and access via PC, tablet or smartphone, with QR code scanning or via dedicated portal.
