Stability and Performance
Figure 1 demonstrates the stability of SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix stored at +25°C for 6 months compared to a reference sample stored at -20°C. No significant changes in Cq values and fluorescence levels were observed, indicating exceptional stability.

Inhibitor Tolerance
SolisFAST® products are tested to tolerate common PCR inhibitors, ensuring robust performance from complex samples. Table 2 highlights the inhibitor tolerance of SolisFAST® mixes compared to competitor products. SolisFAST® DNA polymerase shows strong inhibitor tolerance and fast extension rates, enabling shorter run times.

Inhibitor Tolerance Study
Figure 2 presents amplification plots from inhibitor tolerance studies. SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix shows minimal fluorescence decrease and <1 Cq shift in the presence of 1.7 M urea or 150 mM NaCl, whereas competitor products fail to amplify under these conditions.
