A low friction teflon coat covers the needle with the exception of the recording area. Available in different sizes for the appropriate muscle, easily recognizable thank to the colour coding. The electrode is preconnected to a disposable lead wire 76cm (30 inches) long with a Touch proof DIN 42802 connector.
