The X-VS sensor is available in two sizes: Size 1 (38.9 x 24.9 mm) and Size 2 (41.9 x 30.4 mm), with thicknesses of 5.3 mm and 5.7 mm respectively. Both sizes feature a pixel matrix of 1500 x 1000 for Size 1 and 1700 x 1300 for Size 2, with a pixel size of 20 µm and a maximum resolution of 25 lp/mm. The sensor uses CsI (Caesium Iodide) scintillator technology and is protected against liquid or dust ingress with an IP67 rating. The minimum system requirements include Windows 10 or 11 Professional 64-bit, an Intel Core i3 processor or higher, 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), and a display setting of 1280 x 1024 or higher. A USB 2.0 port or later is required, with a power supply of 5 V DC, 500 mA via USB.

The X-VS sensor features a five-layer technology for high-contrast images, including a CsI scintillator, Fibre Optics Plate for radiation collimation, and a CMOS HD acquisition device. The sensor is designed for ergonomic use with rounded edges for patient comfort.

The iRYS software provides advanced image processing with Multi-Layer-Filters, allowing simultaneous acquisition and display of multiple images with varying levels of sharpness.
