A mutual commitment While the Neptune 2 system was undergoing 510(k) review, the majority of our customers committed extra effort to continue using it under the Certificate of Medical Necessity. Upgrading all existing Neptune 2 units is our top priority and is free of charge. For new customers, these product upgrades will come standard on new purchases, and trials can be scheduled at any time.
