Skin protection and stability for the active user The JAY Xtreme Active cushion is a lightweight and low profile cushion for an active performance and easy transfers. Designed to provide pressure relief and stability to active users. The cushion is really easy to maintain. The JAY fluid pad maximises skin integrity protection and reduces shear on the active user. The dual cover system promotes air flow and dissipates heat and moisture effectively. Thighs positioning can be achieved through retrofittable leg support components.

Leg support components The Xtreme Active offers optional field-adjustable leg support components. The 2,5 cm high adductor and abductor components can be easily placed on the inner cover through velcros. So the thighs can be properly positioned for many clinical applications which encourages orthopedic alignment and increases the seating tolerance. Ú eg support kit L contains two adductors and one abductor.

The modularity of the Xtreme Active cushion The JAY Xtreme Active cushion offers two different fluid options. Standard fluid pad: JAY fluid insert which offers moderate to high level of pressure redistribution for most of the users. It goes with the Standard base. L arge fluid pad: Designed for users with advanced muscle atrophy who do not want to go to a heavier high profile cushion but require more fluid under their bony areas.
