Surgical Technique:
  1. Introduction of guide needles: Insert the first guide needle after reducing the fracture, using a centring sheath.
  2. Measurement: Use a depth calibrator to measure the guide needle length, corresponding to the screw length.
  3. Drilling: Use a centring cannula for the graduated drill to drill to the measured depth.
  4. Insertion of the cannulated screw: Insert through the guide needle, either manually or with a motor, stopping before full penetration.
  5. Final adjustment: Perform manually with a "T" handle to ensure tightness.
