SCARF Osteotomy: Suitable for Hallux Valgus with an intermetatarsal angle (IMA) below 18°, increased proximal articular set angle (PASA), absence of metatarsophalangeal osteoarthritis, and good bone quality.
CHEVRON Osteotomy: Designed for light to moderate Hallux Valgus, with IMA of 14° or below, increased PASA, absence of metatarsophalangeal osteoarthritis, and good bone quality.
Osteotomy of the First Phalanx: Used as a complementary technique for significant deviations or as an isolated procedure in the absence of metatarsophalangeal osteoarthritis.

Technical Details:

SURGIFEET Staples: Made of stainless steel, available in straight (90°) and oblique (26°) forms, with a staple height of 10 mm and a diameter of Ø 1 mm.
SURGIFEET Screws: Made of titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V), featuring two threaded areas for securing osteotomized fragments, with lengths ranging from 10 mm to 34 mm. The screws have left-hand (yellow) and right-hand (green) threads to prevent undesired movement during tightening.

Instrumentation:

Includes cannulated screwdrivers, drills, bone fragment clamps, Kirschner wires, reamers, staple holder impactors, and depth gauges.

Tornillos sistema SURGIFEET Material: Titanio Aleado (Ti6Al4V) Dispondrá de 2 zonas de roscado: · una distal de diámetro Ø 2,55 mm que fijará el fragmento osteotomizado más alejado. · una proximal de diámetro Ø 3,35 mm que quedará fijada sobre el fragmento proximal de la osteotomía. La rosca de la zona distal y de la proximal llevarán un decalaje en el paso de rosca. Esto permitirá, en la medida que se vaya realizando la introducción del tornillo, una compresión sobre la osteotomía que favorecerá la temprana fusión ósea.
