Zygma Implants In the presence of severe atrophy of the upper jaw, there are alternatives to bone regeneration techniques that can reduce intervention and healing times, increase treatment predictability, and allow for immediate loading. The use of zygomatic implants is one of these techniques, and with proper pre-surgical planning and when suitable anatomical conditions are present, it can certainly be a valid option.
