SYNBONE Foam Light Green: Density of 0.14 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), compressive strength of 1.8 – 2 MPa (ISO 604). Features include lightweight, smooth surface, easy shaping, low dust, and resistance to organic solvents.
SYNBONE Foam Apricot: Density of 0.24 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), compressive strength of 2 – 4 MPa (ISO 604), thermal expansion coefficient of 60 – 70 x 10⁻⁶ K⁻¹ (ISO 11359), deflection temperature of 55 – 65°C (ISO 75), and flexural strength of 5 – 6 MPa (ISO 178). It has a good surface structure, is easily shaped and machined, and is resistant to organic solvents.
SYNBONE Foam Grey: Density of 0.80 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), hardness of 65 – 70 Shore D (ISO 868), compressive strength of 40 – 45 MPa (ISO 604), thermal expansion coefficient of 45 – 50 x 10⁻⁶ K⁻¹ (ISO 11359), deflection temperature of 85 – 90°C (ISO 75), and flexural strength of 35 – 40 MPa (ISO 178). It features a fine surface structure, high heat deflection temperature, low coefficient of thermal expansion, good dimensional stability, and strong compressive and flexural strength.
SYNBONE Foam Off-White: Density of 0.08 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), compressive strength of 0.7 MPa (ISO 604). It is very lightweight, has a smooth surface, is easily shaped, forms good chips, and has good heat resistance and resistance to organic solvents.

Customization: All foam types are available in different sizes based on customer requests.
