02 Products We offer two types of tests for detecting residues of the four most common antibiotic groups: Neotest 4-in-1 - β-lactams, streptomycin, Neotest 2-in-1 - β-lactams, tetracyclines. The tests should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-8°C. Freezing the tests is strictly prohibited. The shelf life under proper storage conditions is 13 months from the date of production.

04 Technology This kit allows for the simultaneous detection of different classes of antibiotics. The test utilizes an immunochromatographic method of analysis based on a competitive antigen-antibody reaction. When the test strip is immersed in the sample, free antibodies bind to the immobilized antigen, while antibodies that have reacted with the antibiotics in the sample do not bind to the antigen immobilization line and instead bind to the control line. 05 Certification Tests of Neotest have successfully undergone testing and are certified according to EU standards. The declared levels of Maximum Residue Limits (MRL) fully comply with the requirements of the European Union as specified in Commission Regulation (EU) No 37/2010 of 22 December 2009.

06 In the Box Each box (kit) contains 96 test strips, which can be used to test 96 samples. • 96 test strips. (6 plastic tubes. Each plastic tube contains 16 test strips and one 16-well strips); • a vial or a plastic tube with an 8-well strip containing negative control; • a pack with an 8-well strip containing positive control on tetracyclines, streptomycin, chloramphenicol and β-lactams; • one pipette (200µl) and 100 tips; • one holding frame for wells; • manual. 07 How It Works? The tests can be used to analyze raw, pasteurized, sterilized, and reconstituted dried milk, whey, and reconstituted whey powder. The tests can be conducted using an Incubator for sample heating. The tests also perform well in "field conditions" on cattle’s farms without the use of an incubator.

08 Reading results There are 5 lines on a test strip: a control line (C line), a tetracyclines line (TCs line), a chloramphenicol line (CAP line), a streptomycin line (Str line) and a β-lactams line (β line). Test results shall be interpreted according to how intense test lines are colored when compared with the control line. No control line means an invalid result (example 1).
