Due to an emergency, lab-made temporary crowns could not be prepared. Instead, two Directa acrylic temporary crowns with self-curing resin were used, accommodating the patient's request for a diastema.
Efforts were made to adjust the cervical shape and polish the crowns to prevent periodontal issues. The crowns were not cemented to avoid gingival irritation.
